I honestly can’t recommend Catie Bradshaw enough! She’s one of the best people I’ve worked with when it comes to trucking insurance. One thing I really appreciate about Catie is how much she cares about helping her customers. I once reached out to her about an insurance renewal just one day before it was due, and she actually stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. She didn’t have to do that, but she made sure I was good to go. That alone says a lot about the kind of person she is. She also helped me tremendously when I was starting my new trucking company. There were so many things I wasn’t familiar with, and she took the time to explain everything and give me advice that was genuinely helpful. You can tell she has a lot of experience in the trucking industry and really knows what she’s doing. What I like most about Catie is that she’s easy to talk to, patient, and always willing to help. She never makes you feel like you’re bothering her with questions, and she actually takes the time to make sure you understand everything. Good customer service is hard to find these days, especially in the trucking industry, but Catie is definitely someone who goes above and beyond. I’m really glad to have someone like her I can count on for my insurance needs. Thank you again, Catie, for everything you’ve done.
