• A “Satisfactory”, “None”, or “Not Rated” Safety Rating with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
• Behavior Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories (Basic) scores:
  • Unsafe Driving & HOS Compliance below 60%
  • Vehicle Maintenance below 75%
